How are Board Members Elected?
The SCW HOA Board is elected at the annual meeting. The date, time, and place of the annual meeting is set by the board and notice is given to the homeowners at least 10 days prior to the meeting. The place of the meeting is always somewhere accessible and convenient for all members to attend. Board member terms are 3 years long. A person occupying a board member slot may serve in any office on the board as determined by a majority vote of the board. A person appointed to fill a board vacancy will fill the vacant slot but must stand for election at the next annual meeting.

What exterior paint can I use for my home?
If you need the paint formulas for your home please contact any board member or look at the paint formulas on the "Documents" page. The original colors are custom formulated by Sherwin Williams. Any reputable paint store should be able to match your colors using a color swatch. CLICK HERE to see our paint color swatches. CLICK HERE to see approved color combinations for each home.
How Do I get Light bulbs and Photo Cells Fixed
If your outside lamp post light fixture is lit during the day the photo cell is faulty. Please contact us to order your repair at our expense. We also replace lamp post light bulbs at our expense. Any other repairs are at homeowner's expense.
Where do we park?
If you park in front of mailboxes on the street you are at risk of being towed. The USPS has the right to have a car towed if it obstructs access for mail delivery. When having overnight guests, please ask them to park at the end of your driveway or in front of your home. Our street parking is very limited, so please do not use the only parking available for your neighbors for your guests.
